The "Le Show" podcast is the same as a radio episode--approximatley 45 minutes. I don't recall how much memory it took up, but it was fairly negligible and you can erase it after you listen. I have my iTunes set to download new "casts" every time one is available and I can either listen to it on the laptop or update the iPod and take it with me.
The Battlestar Galactice podcast is exactly like a director's commentary on a DVD. You can listen to the cast while watching the episode in question.
