If I've managed to see three films that are nominated for an Academy Award this year, I'd be surprised.

My first misfire of the night was Art Direction going to Alice in Wonderland.
And then Cinematography went to Inception.
Sorry. I was signed in with Sarah's account.
Melissa Leo upset Hailee Steinfeld. And somewhere, Anna Pacquin is sitting smugly prepping for another X Men movie.
Now The Lost Thing beat my pick The Gruffalo.
But then Toy Story 3 won best Animated Feature Film and something got a bit better.
At just about an hour in, I'm 1 for 7, thanks to getting neither of the Screenplay awards correct.
In a Better World's win put me so far in the hole, I may never recover. 1 for 8.
If I do this badly at March Madness, I'm in real trouble.
I thought Geoffrey Rush was a shoe-in, a lock. But that is what is going on tonight for me.
Trent Reznor's win (yes, let that sink in) made me 1 for 10. But I'm having trouble keeping track. It's just a blur of failure now.
I give up. I'm not tallying any more. Just assume I got them all wrong and check against the winners, which I think can be seen here: http://oscar.go.com/nominations
